How to use MFC member site

Registration and Login

Go to the MFC member site to create a new account. In this page, your e-mail, name and password are required. After registering, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your e-mail address and password to log in.

If you already have an account, simply log in.

 

My Account

In this page, you’ll see the following:

 

  • Basic info: your e-mail, name, plan, expiration date, remaining days and renewal status of the current plan.
  • My Cloud: all the information of the cloud accounts you have imported to MFC.
  • Subscription: your order information (last ten transactions) including plan, price, invoice date, invoice status, payment status.
  • Device: your device information including MAC number, model, registration date, last login date, last login IP.

 

Please be aware: After you create an account, in order to get the exact information, you must first log in to your TV box or mobile device with your account, and then, refresh the website to update the information. The service’s remaining days will be updated automatically.

In the “Plans & Pricing” section, you can see our charge policy and select a plan. You can learn more about this topic in the guide “How to pick a plan”.

You can check all your orders in this page.

 

 

Settings

If you want to change your current password, you can do it in the “Settings” section.
