Registration and Log in

 
First, go to https://member.vmfc.io/login to create a new account and log in MFC. In this page, your email, name and password are required. Tips: Don’t forget to read the terms of use and privacy policy.

 
After registering, you will be redirected to the log in page. Enter your account and password to log in the MFC website.
 

My Account

 
In this page, you’ll see the following:
− Basic info: your email, name, plan, expiration date, remaining days and renewal status of the current plan.

Please be aware: After you have an account, in order to get the exact information, you must log in the TV box with your account first, and refresh the website to update the information. The service’s remaining days will be updated in your account.


– Subscription: your order information (latest 10) including plan, price, invoice date, invoice status, payment status.
– Device: your device information including MAC number, model, registration date, last log-in date, last log-in IP.
