Q: If my account expires, how can I continue to use MFC?

A: Go to https://vmfc.io/plan in order to pick a plan and continue enjoying our service.

 

Q: How can I filter only the connected videos?

A: Press the left arrow of your remote control, and choose “connected”. The option “show all” means that all information is shown regardless if the contents exist on your cloud or not.

 

Q: What does “Y” and “N” mean?

A: It means whether the contents exist on your cloud or not.

 

Q: Why isn’t my media content recognized by MFC after I add my cloud account?
