How to pick a plan?

Dear MFC users, if you want to continue enjoying the MFC service after your account (device) has expired, you must pick a plan on the MFC member site (https://member.vmfc.io). The guidance is as following:

Log in your account

If you already have an account, you can log in by entering your email and password. Otherwise, click “Create an account” to create one and then log in.

 

Choose a plan

Click Plan/Pricing and you’ll see a list of commercial plans, choose the one you prefer.

 

 

The plans we provide so far are:

  • Free trial: We offer a 30-day free trial so you can experience the MFC service. After it expires, you have to register and pick a plan on this website, then log in the MFC App with your account to continue enjoying our platform. All boxes come with the free trial benefit limited for one time only.
  • Basic Monthly: Access to the MFC service for a month and costs $3.49/month.
  • Basic Annual: Access to the MFC service for a year and it only costs $29.99/year. Tips: with the annual plan, you can save $1.00/month!
  • Standard Yearly: Access to the MFC service for a year and supports two devices online simultaneously. Paying $49.99/year, you save $1.40/month!
  • Premium Yearly: Access to the MFC service for a year and supports four devices online at the same time. Paying $69.99/year, you save $2.04/month!

After you choose your plan, click “Select now!” to continue the payment process.

 

Attention: We reserve the right to change details in our price and free trial policy at any time, but we will make a notice on our official website before we do so.

 

Submit your order

This section has four steps to follow:

  • Confirm your Plan: Check if the plan is the one you want, if not click “Change the plan”. Otherwise, please click “Next” to continue.

 

 

Complete your information: country, city, phone number, ZIP code, and address are required in this step. Choose the payment method (credit card or PayPal). Click “Buy Now” to proceed.

 

 

 

Confirm your payment information, and click “Buy Now” to submit your order.

 

 

 

After you submit your order, you billing information will be displayed, please remember your order ID for after-sales service.
