How to use your account?

What is a MFC member account?

It is your MFC ID which collects and manages your information such as: free trial period, membership plan, service expiration date, watchlist, etc.

How to create your account?

First, you need to register (for more information: How to use member site), and log in the MFC App on your device to connect it with your account.

When to use your account?

If you are a member who already purchased the service in advance, you don’t need to create an account and log in MFC App until your service expires. Your plan information is shown in the My Account page of the MFC App.

 

But if you choose to log in the MFC App with an account (once), your service valid period will be transferred from the device to your account, after that you must maintain the account login status while using our platform.

When your free trial period or membership plan expires, create an account and pick another membership plan, then log in the MFC App to continue using MFC service.

How to log in the MFC App with your account?

Your information will then be listed in the My Account page.

  • Email and Name are the same ones you entered on the website.
  • Plan: It shows which plan you have, Free trial or Membership plan if you already purchased the service in advance.
  • Expiration date and remaining days are automatically calculated from your service activation date and updated according to your plan period. If you purchase more plans, the information is also automatically updated according to your new plan.
