The MFC member site responds to any of our users’ requirements! This article will explain what it’s about and how to use it.

Registration and Log in

First, go to https://member.vmfc.io/login to create a new account and log in MFC. In this page, your email, name and password are required. Tips: Don’t forget to read the terms of use and privacy policy.

 

After registering, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your account and password to log in the MFC member system.

My Account

In this page, you’ll see the following:

−    Basic info: your email, name, plan, expiration date, remaining days. Please be aware: After you have an account, in order to get the exact information, you must log in the TV Box with your account first, and refresh the website to update the information. Once you log in the TV Box, keep your account logged in to continue with the service. The service remaining days of the TV Box will be transferred to your account, including the free trial period remaining days

−   Subscription: your order information (latest 10) including plan, price, invoice date, invoice status, payment status.

Device: your device information after you log in one TV Box, including mac, model, register date, last login date, last login IP.
